Having spent 10 years of his early career in a hands-on technical function, a chance encounter offered Mat a move to go over to what he saw at the time as the dark side – Recruitment. He did this with a clear aim of making things a little less dark, and here we are now 12+ years in the industry.
Mat feels passionately about treating others the way you want to be treated and at the same time building a business to be proud of. Watching others succeed and playing a part in that is as good as it gets in his eyes. He loves pretty much anything that has wheels or can slide, and can often be found pedalling a bike around the lanes or woodland near the office.
