UX Designer.

A scaling tech company who is leveraging machine learning to streamline and automate workflows for its clients. To support its growth, the company is seeking a UX designer to design and implement a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable experience for users. The company's innovative platform is transforming its industry, and this role will play a crucial role in leading the shaping of its future.

  
The Role:

• Map out user journey,end to end from discovery to post-interaction, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct interviews with target users to gather insights about their needs, frustrations, and preferences.
• Run usability tests on live products for observation of the design and identify areas for improvement
• Define how users interact with the product.
• Contribute to the overall visual aspect of the product.

About You:

• Strong skills in designing intuitive and smooth user flows / gestures.
• Experience with design tools e.g Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user feedback platforms.
• Basic understanding of how AI and ML algorithms work. 
• Experience interpreting and applying data from user feedback, analytics, etc., through to design decisions
