Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled SAP EAM Implementation Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering successful EAM projects across a diverse range of industries. You will collaborate with clients, manage project teams, and ensure the effective implementation of SAP EAM solutions that meet their specific business needs.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of EAM project lifecycles, from initial scoping to post-implementation support.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose tailored SAP EAM solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business processes, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Architect and design integrated EAM solutions that align with client business objectives and leverage SAP EAM capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., ISU, MM) and third-party systems.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support on technical and functional aspects of EAM implementations.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope of EAM projects and provide additional value to clients.

  
Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a SAP EAM Implementation Lead or Project Manager.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP EAM modules, including Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, and Customer Service.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements for EAM.
