The position plays a crucial role in the Salesforce Team with a Global leader in Healthcare.
This involves the development of new features and the maintenance of existing functionalities to improve the department's salesforce implementations.
It encompasses both support duties and the creation of small enhancements and modifications.
The Role:
- Offer L2 support for the Salesforce platform - configuration, testing, enhancements and deployments
- Oversee and ensure the successful implementation of system changes
- Perform system health checks
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers
- Experience in maintaining complex, large Salesforce systems for 3+ years
- Salesforce certifications for development and administration
- Expert knowledge in the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce implementations
- CI/CD release and deployment skills
- Stakeholder management skills - the ability to consult with vendors and service providers to support resolutions (L2 support)
- Experience with data loader
