Develop your subject matter expertise in your specialist area, acquire your own clientele, make placements end to end, advance your client and candidate management competencies, build your face to face meeting and interviewing skills, graduate off the trainee programme to become an Associate Consultant.

6-12+months

Grow your desk as a 360 consultant

Use what you learned in the training programme and collaborating with our senior consultants to onboard clients, develop accounts, place candidates and deepen your expertise in your specialism.
