The Client
An Australian leader making a huge impact on the consumer market. A remote first organisation with centrally located Sydney offices for those wanted to venture outside of the home office. The Team
You will be part of a close-knit cross functional team of passionate engineers who are experts in their tech space. They advocate engineering best practices which has allowed them to create naturally a string engineering culture where opinions matter, they are shared and heard. 


The Gig
Growth of the product roadmap means further growth of the engineering team. Joining a team of mobile experts you will be building our new features across a number of new native iOS mobile applications using the latest modern architecture and tools. This role will require you to be customer centric focused and you will have a voice on the product roadmap. 


About You
Our client strictly follows software engineering best practices so a good amount of commercial experience working on highly complex native iOS apps in this environment would be desirable. You will be needed to write clean and maintainable iOS code and most importantly, you're a team player and want to be part of building great products and building a great engineering culture!



Technical Skills required:
  • Experience in building large iOS applications from scratch
  • Experience with Swift and Combine UI
  • Experience writing Unit and UI Test Automation
  • Strong UX design skills with a particular focus on native iOS capabilities
  • Experience in Agile methodologies including CI/CD etc. and an understanding and experience of TDD and BDD approaches to development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to collaborate, delegate, facilitate, and negotiate as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
