About the Company
One of Australia’s leading SAAS organisations is looking to expand its team with a Senior Frontend Developer. They are a young global start-up, that has secured a round of investment to double their tech team in Sydney and launch new innovative applications. 

The Gig:
Based remotely and reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team of 15 reports globally and will be responsible for:

  • Actively managing day-to-day operations of the Help Desk
  • Develop onboarding tasks 
  • Strategic management – doc procedures 
  • Driving the customer experience for all internal and external customers 
  • Escalation management 

About You:

  • Experience leading a team in a front-line IT customer support role 
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management 
  • Excellent communication skill 
  • Able to lead, engage & drive performance within the team
  • Ideally, have managed a team onshore and offshore
  • Ideally, have experience coding in HTML, CSS and Javascript 
  • Loves a start-up environment
