If we sound like the sort of people you’d look forward to working with every day; we’re currently hiring for the position of Key Account Manager. This role will have you managing one of our blue-chip enterprise customers, who is known for it’s genuine cutting edge digital technology.

This opportunity is genuinely important to our business vision being realised and will give the right person the ability to evolve our account management practices.

You will have full ownership and autonomy to grow the technology recruitment services we provide into this large client. As there has not been a dedicated account manager there is a huge opportunity to uplift success and revenue there. We expect you to be proactive and to generate consistent role flow you will need to go out and cultivate the relationships and make it happen – this is not a “portal administrator” style AM role – you’ll need to be able to go out and do the networking. This role will hire a full spectrum IT roles across our client, who is a major Australian brand name with huge account potential.


You’ve had 2+yrs experiences in 360 recruitment
· As a recruiter; you’re a hunter and driven by results
· You will be keen to deliver from the outset; but we will provide access to resourcers to assist in the delivery process once you’ve hit some initial goals
· You pride yourself in delivering exceptional results for your clients, and client engagement is something you’re passionate about · You might have had previous experience building out accounts from scratch
· You’re a self-starter, who aspires to lead a small team one day
